Caring for Health, Saving Lives

Good health is not a luxury — it’s a right. We bring care to those who are often left behind. — Sajid Khan Foundation

Many people in Pakistan don’t have access to doctors or medicine. We arrange free medical camps, provide health check-ups, and teach people about staying healthy and clean. Our team works to bring better healthcare to those who need it most. We also support women and children with special health needs.

1. Free Medical Camps

We organize regular medical camps in low-income areas where hospitals are far or too expensive. These camps include free doctor check-ups, basic treatment, and medicine. Hundreds of people get help in a single day.

2. Health Awareness Sessions

Many illnesses happen due to a lack of information. We hold awareness sessions about hygiene, clean water, nutrition, and common diseases. These sessions help people make better choices for their daily health.

3. Women’s Health Matters

Women often ignore their health due to family responsibilities or social pressure. We provide special support for women through gynecological check-ups, maternal health advice, and sanitary product awareness.

4. Child Health Support

We ensure children in poor areas receive basic health care. This includes nutrition checks, vaccinations, and advice for mothers. Healthy children are more likely to attend school and grow strong.

5. Mental Health Care

Mental health is often ignored in our communities. We work with experts to provide counseling, emotional support, and awareness about stress, anxiety, and depression. Talking about mental health is the first step toward healing.

6. Support in Emergencies

During floods, heatwaves, or health crises, we provide emergency aid including clean water, first aid, and access to doctors. Quick response during disasters helps save lives and reduce suffering.
